Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, additional shipping costs apply for shipments outside the continental U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some international destinations. If you have shipping questions, please Contact Us with your inquiries.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will send you an email notification once your item has shipped with an estimate on the delivery date.

We are not responsible for items shipped to an undeliverable address. A return shipping fee will be charged to customers for returned items due to wrong address.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, and rates may change at any time without notice.

Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours after receipt of payment. If a product is back ordered, or if your order will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately with the details and estimated delivery times. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.

INTERNATIONAL

International rates are calculated in the shopping cart based on the weights and dimensions of the items purchased. Currently all international items are shipped via USPS International Parcel service. Delivery times can vary depending on the distance and the accessibility of the delivery address. We cannot ship to addresses not serviced by USPS at this time.

 

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of purchase. We will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Continental U.S. only). All item(s) returned after 30 days from purchase date are eligible for exchanges only. No refunds will be issued if returned after 30 days from date purchase. No refunds or exchanges after 60 days, no exceptions. If the item is abused, damaged or modified, the item is not returnable for refund or exchanges. Items being returned that are not the result of our error must be unused and new, resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping on items being returned that are not the result of our error and the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Refunds are issued via the method of original payment excluding wire transfers.

Should you return your item(s), you must also return any items given to you for free. Should you choose not to, your refund amount will be lessened by the value of the gift you chose to keep.

If the customer reports receiving a wrong item(s) or defective item and is reported within 30 days, we will issue a return label. We will send out the replacement item as soon as we receive the returned package.

If the report of receiving a wrong product(s) or the defect is reported after 30 days, we are not responsible for return shipping cost. The customer will be required to ship the item back at their expense.

Our return exchange policy does not extended to any product(s) that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse, modification or improper installation on the buyer/user's part. We do not refund or replace parcels that did not arrive because they were not picked up in time or sent back to us or have the incorrect address.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

When returning an item, insure the package for your protection or use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.

 

General Warranty Policies

1. Customers may return items to us for a full refund of the product cost if they are dissatisfied. This must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase, and the item must be in a good condition. All product(s) MUST be returned to us to qualify for refund or exchange. Liability of the product is restricted to the sale price of the product.

2. CrewZinn does not accept damaged items due to misuse, and items that have been modified. CrewZinn accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products.

3. If we receive no response from the customer within 30 days of purchase after a return or refund has been requested or items are not returned to us 30 days after purchase, the customer understands no refund will be provided.

4. If we receive no response from the customer after 60 days of purchase after a return or refund has been requested or items are not returned to us 60 days after purchase, the customer understands no refund or exchange will be provided.

 

Terms & Conditions

CrewZinn sells product in USD only (you WILL be charged in USD). During the checkout process, CrewZinn will pass the price in USD to PayPal whom will do the exact currency exchange for you according to PayPal's currency exchange rates. CrewZinn is not liable for the relationship between the customer and PayPal.

CrewZinn® is not responsible for typographical errors. CrewZinn reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the CrewZinn Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
